The name A Human Factor reflects a simple belief: our lives are shaped by many interconnected factors, and lasting change often begins by understanding how those factors influence one another. Our thoughts, emotions, relationships, experiences, responsibilities, health, and environment all influence one another. When one area of life feels out of balance, it often affects others in ways that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain.

My work focuses on helping clients sort through what feels heavy or unclear and identify practical steps toward greater clarity, stability, and connection. Life's challenges are often layered and complex. Therapy offers a supportive space to better understand the factors shaping your experience and find a more grounded way forward.

I offer online counseling that combines compassionate, practical support with a broader perspective, helping clients understand the patterns, pressures, and circumstances influencing their lives while identifying meaningful steps toward the life they want to build.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality counseling services for individuals, couples, and families navigating difficult seasons of life. We support clients who may be feeling weighed down or disconnected, experiencing stress and uncertainty, having relationship challenges, struggling with life transitions, or life just feels too heavy. We help them find greater clarity, stability, and a more meaningful path forward.

OUR APPROACH

We believe in taking a client-centered approach to counseling, where we work collaboratively with our clients, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused practices to identify client goals and develop a personalized plan for

treatment.
